Allow us to introduce ourselves – Sara Spindle and Jess Levy, sisters and business partners for over 9 years. Having gained so much value and experience over the last decade, we want to share what we have learnt to help you level up, not only in business but also in life!

I’m Sara

I'm a Wellness Consultant with the Global brand Arbonne, with a particular passion for all things gut health. I am also a Body Balance instructor, co-founder of Core Balance, teaching both one on one clients and weekly classes in Radlett, Hertfordshire combining Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Meditation.

I started my entrepreneurial journey 10 years ago after a decade as a primary School teacher – the grind of working for someone else, the lack of ownership over my time and the direction my life was heading in was a less than positive picture.

I love bringing together female entrepreneurs, as I know the energy and power that a group of women on a mission can create. My passion is helping people with their mind and body connection.

I’m Jess

I have been an entrepreneur for 10 years with the Global Wellness brand Arbonne, who I started working with in my final year at university. Having a taste of working for myself led me to never want to go into a 9-5 job and thanks to my Arbonne business I never needed to!

I had my first baby 2 years ago and I love having the flexibility of working for myself. I’m so grateful to my 21 year old self for having faith, thinking outside the box and pushing my comfort zone. I am so passionate about helping other women see what is possible for them and to help them reach their full potential.

I’m very conscious about spending time with other success minded women, who are centred around growth and levelling up in all areas of life.
