‘I joined the Level Up Ladies Mind & Body Event in September and it was absolutely perfect! The location was stunning, the food, snacks, and drinks were delicious and so nourishing, and every detail was so thoughtfully planned.


The talks were incredibly insightful and practical, and the yoga session and sound healing were both beautiful and grounding – a true treat for body and soul.


But what really makes this event special is the community the Level Up Ladies have created – a supportive, inspiring space for female business owners to connect, learn, and lift each other up. I’m so grateful to have found this group!’

Our intention for the day is to help you restore your mind and body using a combination of movement, nutrition, stress management techniques and sound healing. Come and spend a day with us learning many tools that you can use in everyday life to help reduce stress levels.

Nutritional Therapist

TOPIC: YOUR NUTRITION IS EVERYTHING

Victoria Bell is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Breathwork Coach and Yin Yoga Teacher based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.  She offers a range of services to employers (such as nutrition and breathwork workshops and mini nutrition consultation days) either online or in Herts, Beds, Bucks and London. 

In her private online clinic, Victoria supports people with IBS and perimenopause and helps her clients to find out the true root causes of their symptoms, then take realistic and manageable steps to reduce those symptoms for good.

TIA HARRIS
Sound Healer

TOPIC: SOUND THERAPY

After 15 years in education, including senior leadership roles and as Interim Headteacher, Tia witnessed the toll of poor mental health on organizations. Following her own mental health crisis in 2021, she left the sector to explore accessible self-care practices, leading to the creation of “Everything Starts With You.”

Experiencing the transformative power of sound baths during her burnout, Tia found immediate relief and deep relaxation. Now, as an intuitive sound healing practitioner, she uses quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and chimes to re-align energy and promote self-care. Tia’s mission is to make sound therapy accessible to all, helping people move beyond stress and live in a state of restoration and repair. She is dedicated to inspiring individuals to become their best selves and live without limitations.

SARAH HAYES
Embodied Wealth

TOPIC: STRESS MANAGEMENT SESSION

Sarah is an award-winning coach, certified EFT practitioner, and founder of Sarah Hayes Coaching. With over 20 years of experience in the financial world, she now supports heart-led business owners -especially parents raising neurodivergent children - to heal financial trauma, create sustainable systems, and feel emotionally safe in their success.

Her work blends strategic financial clarity with trauma-informed tools like EFT tapping, breath work, and subconscious reprogramming. Sarah believes that when we change our narrative around money, we don’t just change it for ourselves - we create a legacy of calm, confidence, and empowered wellbeing for future generations.

At this event, she’ll be guiding a gentle stress management session using mind-body-breath practices and EFT to help you feel more grounded, present, and emotionally regulated in your business journey.

Core Balance

MEDITATION & YOGA SESSION

Sara Spindle is a Les Mills trained Body Balance instructor. She has been teaching for 6 years and run her business Core in Radlett with one of her besties.

 

She absolutely loves her practice and fills every session with her passion and energy. The session Sara has planned will be centered around reducing neck and back tension with a focus on strength and flexibility.
